Questions Worth Asking

We’d rather you have the answers before we talk than wonder after. Here’s what families ask us most.

Not having to manage my parents details from afar has been a game-changer for our family.
— Julie (61 year old daughter), Chicago
“I didn’t realize how much I was carrying until someone offered to carry it with me.”
— Lissa (age 58), Scottsdale
  • It’s a calm, confidential conversation — no pressure, no sales pitch. We talk through your situation, your routines, and how you’d like support to show up. Afterward, you’ll receive a clear summary and recommendations so you can decide if and when it makes sense to move forward.

  • LifeOps Concierge operates on a flexible, month-to-month subscription — no long-term commitment required.

During your complimentary discovery call, we assess three factors to recommend the right service level: the scope of coordination needed, the estimated monthly hours to manage it well, and the complexity of your situation, which includes the number of providers, vendors, and family members involved.

Your level is reviewed at the start of each month and adjusts as your needs change. Start where it feels right. Scale up or down anytime. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

  • At the end of your first month, we schedule a dedicated check-in to talk openly about what’s working, what could be better, and any new needs that have emerged. We can adjust scope, shift priorities, or realign support from there. The goal is ongoing fit — not a one-size-fits-all solution.

  • LifeOps Concierge charges a fixed monthly fee — not by individual service, task, or hour — so your family always knows exactly what to expect. During your discovery call, we assess three factors to recommend the right level: scope of work (the areas we’ll coordinate across), time commitment (the estimated monthly hours required to manage your needs well), and complexity (the number of moving parts, providers, vendors, and family members involved). Your level is reviewed at the start of each month and can be adjusted up or down as your situation evolves. No pressure to start higher than you need — and no penalty for changing.

  • We're based in Scottsdale and primarily serve the greater Phoenix metro — including Paradise Valley, Arcadia, North Phoenix, and Fountain Hills. Long-distance families are some of our most grateful clients: we become their trusted eyes and ears on the ground.

  • Home health agencies provide medical or personal care services — nursing visits, physical therapy, bathing assistance. LifeOps Concierge is non-medical. We coordinate the logistics of daily life: appointments, vendors, family communication, home management, and life enjoyment. Many of our clients use both as we can work seamlessly alongside home health and medical providers.

  • Schedule a free discovery call. We’ll learn about your family’s situation, answer your questions, and recommend a plan that fits. There’s no obligation — just an honest conversation about whether we’re the right support for your family.

Still have questions? We’re happy to answer them on a call.
