Questions Worth Asking
We’d rather you have the answers before we talk than wonder after. Here’s what families ask us most.
-
It’s a calm, confidential conversation — no pressure, no sales pitch. We talk through your situation, your routines, and how you’d like support to show up. Afterward, you’ll receive a clear summary and recommendations so you can decide if and when it makes sense to move forward.
-
LifeOps Concierge operates on a flexible, month-to-month subscription — no long-term contract required. Discounted pricing is available for families who prefer extended commitments, and services can be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice. Support that adapts as life changes — without locking you in.
-
At the end of your first month, we schedule a dedicated check-in to talk openly about what’s working, what could be better, and any new needs that have emerged. We can adjust scope, shift priorities, or realign support from there. The goal is ongoing fit — not a one-size-fits-all solution.
-
LifeOps Concierge charges a fixed monthly fee — not by individual service, task, or hour — so your family always knows exactly what to expect. During your discovery call, we assess three factors to recommend the right level: scope of work (the areas we’ll coordinate across), time commitment (the estimated monthly hours required to manage your needs well), and complexity (the number of moving parts, providers, vendors, and family members involved). Your level is reviewed at the start of each month and can be adjusted up or down as your situation evolves. No pressure to start higher than you need — and no penalty for changing.
-
Your retainer is designed to be flexible and intentional, not a fixed checklist of hours. At the start of each month, we align on priorities and build an action plan based on your needs and service level. Time is allocated toward what matters most — and adjusts as life changes.
-
Schedule a free discovery call. We’ll learn about your family’s situation, answer your questions, and recommend a plan that fits. There’s no obligation — just an honest conversation about whether we’re the right support for your family.
Still have questions? We’re happy to answer them on a call.
